I just figured as I'm getting a review ready for you that I could share a little about my everyday products used!! I am a big make-up gal so for some this may seem like HOLY HECK WOMAN!! But, I've mentioned that I have severe freckles, and its not just 2 or 3 beauty marks... its like 2-300! It's my personal reference to cover them up.. I think they look amazing on others but not me.
Anyways to get right into it, starting with the shower for shampoo and condition I use John Freeda's 'Go Blonder' shampoo. Comes in a white and yellow bottle and it claims to gradually lighten blonde hair. There are a couple different kinds and I think the others are to maintain your hair and not add any more color. I've always thought that you were supposed to use the same brand conditioner that you are shampoo (guess I've leaned to that option forever) until now anyways. After watching some amazing beauty guru's on YouTube I've learned that that is not true. :) So along with my John Freeda Go Blonder shampoo I use Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle twice a week and on the days I don't use that I use the newer line of Herbal Essence (in the pink bottle). Hopefully I figure out how to insert pics before uploading this for you guys!!
The body wash I am currently loving right now is St.Ives Shea Butter. It's AMAZING and so so moisturizing!!Also I use skin so soft when shaving... if you care ;)
Onto make-up!! My routine for applying make-up seems to be the same as it was 12 years ago! I was sitting here last night getting a list prepared and the order of which I do things and I amazed myself. It's like the only 'in-order' routine I have in my life! haha! Ok, first and most important, moisturiser. I just recently was told about L'Oreal Collagen booster moisturiser and went and bought that. It was claimed to help your foundation apply so much better and also keep moisture in and oil at bay (which I should mention my skin type is normal, but oily in the T-Zone). Now I've only had it about 5 days and I've also been using a few new products daily so I cant voucvhe for its accuracy but whatever I am using now is working and making me stay matte and flawless ALL DAY!!
So I apply the moisturiser then after that sets in, I apply my primer. I was using hard Candy's sheer envy but just recently switched to L'Oreal luminous primer (in the white skinny bottle) and also right after that I apply garneir bb cream in light/medium. I then apply Maybelline dark spot correctoir over any freckles that are left showing. After that sets in I will use my beauty blender and apply my revlon colorstay (all time fav!!) in the color early tan.
For a setting powder I use Rimmel Stay Matte powder in translucent with my elf powder brush. Apply my bronzer which is the NYC sunny all over my face and contour with revlons chic bronzer using elfs small stipple brush. If I am going to use blush I have been loving hard candy's fox in a box in sweet and spicy applied with the elf blush brush and use hard Candy's tiki for my highlight.
My eye shadows change daily, depending on my mood, but as for face, that's what i do daily. I know it may sound like a lot but I promise I am not Miss Cake Face.Anymore. I def used to be in school, before I knew about YouTube and before my obsession for looking flawless came into effect. :)
Oh and the most important part... I set everything with Elf's Mist and Set spray. It is AMAZING!!! If I go to bed too lazy to take off my make-up (tisk-tisk) My makeup still looks fresh after a great nights rest. It's absolutely amazing I just ordered 3 more bottle even though I still have 2 extra here. If you do not own it, its only $3 and I strongly suggest you try it!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Plus its on sale for $1.50 right now :)
Have an amazing day lovely beauties!!
Be a review up soon!
